As a conclusion, the Internet session organizes an overture with a round table, focused on the Open Data thema.

The United States of America have decided to share freely (for a non-commercial use) data produced by public research. Taxpayers don’t pay its acquisition twice, though.
In France, the chosen path is opposite.

How, as a public or private agency, can we share data with efficience and security? What are the advantages to free and share data?
