Eating At The LSM

Booking is open, you can book your accomodation and catering by register at : https://reservation.rmll.info/

The LSM are making efforts to propose real meals for a low price.

This year, we are partnering with the CROUS (public student accomodation and restaurant service). The meals are sustainable development oriented : season and local food, one organic component each day and are prepared on site by the CROUS cooks.

As usual, breakfasts are available for a low cost as well. For those of you who haven’t got time enough to get a real meal at noon, sandwiches will be available.

Meal Composition and Pricing

Breakfast

Price : 2,50 €

Served at the University Cafeteria no1, 7:30 - 9:30am, Tuesday 6th to Sunday 11th.

Served at the University Cafeteria no2, 7:30 - 9:30am, Monday 12th.

The French breakfast : hot beverage (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) with bread, butter and jam.

Lunch

Price : 7,50 €

Served at the University Cafeteria no1, 11:30am - 1:30pm, tuesday 6th to friday 9th.

Meals include hors d’oeuvre, main course and dessert but no wine nor coffee.

We propose a different menu everyday :

  • Tuesday 6th

Organic tomatoes salad - Fish with sorrel sauce / Rice and spinachs - Fruit salad

  • Wednesday 7th

Melon-watermelon - Beef with prune / potatoes and carots - Organic yoghourt or organic compote

  • Thursday 8th

Crudités - Farm chicken / pasta-piperade* - Organic Basque cake

*Piperade : tomatoes and sweet pepperoni

  • Friday 9th

Crudités or charcuterie** (with organic bread) - Fish the Bordeaux way / wheat and broccoli - Cottage cheese with fruit purée

**Charcuterie : cooked pork meats

Sandwiches

The cafeteria “La Soucoupe”, situated in the A22 building proposes sandwiches for 2,25 €.
